The Secretariat of GHVMUN 2026 warmly welcomes you to this year’s conference. We are delighted to have passionate and dedicated delegates joining us for an enriching experience of diplomacy, debate, and international cooperation.

 

GHVMUN aims to provide a platform where students can enhance their public speaking, critical thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills while addressing some of the most pressing global issues. We encourage every delegate to engage actively in committee sessions, respect differing viewpoints, and contribute meaningfully to discussions.

 

As representatives of your assigned countries, you are expected to conduct thorough research, follow parliamentary procedure, and maintain professionalism throughout the conference. Please ensure that you arrive punctually for all sessions, carry the required documents, and adhere to the conference rules and code of conduct.

 

We are confident that GHVMUN 2026 will be an unforgettable learning experience filled with intellectual growth, collaboration, and memorable interactions. The Secretariat remains available to assist you with any concerns or queries before and during the conference.

Reservation of Rights

The Secretariat of GHVMUN reserves the absolute and exclusive right to make, amend, interpret, or enforce any decision, directive, or procedural measure deemed necessary in response to any unforeseen, exceptional, or unaddressed circumstance arising before, during, or after the conference. This includes, without limitation, the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate any appointment, Letter of Appointment, contract, accreditation, participation, or other arrangement where deemed necessary in the interest of the conference or its administration, with or without prior notice.

All decisions of the Secretariat shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

The provisions of this notice shall apply equally to all Executive Board Members, including Chairs, and all registered Delegates participating in GHVMUN.
