Eligibility: Grade 7 to 12

All the participating delegates have to follow the given terms and conditions:-
1. All the delegates are expected to follow utmost decorum and any form of misconduct shall not be tolerated.

2. All delegates shall be responsible for their own personal belongings and GHV shall not be liable for any loss/damage of the same. 

3. The judgement of the Executive Board shall be final in deciding all the winners for the MUN.

4. In case of any dispute or discrepancy, Team GHV MUN reserves the right for taking a final call.

5. There will be zero tolerance towards any use of prohibited substances. Any delegate found indulging in the same will be reported to their respective school authorities immediately and suspended from GHV MUN with immediate effect.

6. There will be zero tolerance towards any form of physical violence and/or harassment. Any delegate found indulging in the same will be reported to their respective school authorities and legal action can be taken if necessary.

7. No cancellation and once paid non-refundable.

8. The registration fee includes:-
a. Delegate Kit
b. Food Meals for both the days (Breakfast, Lunch & High Tea)
c. Socials
d. An experience of a lifetime!!

REGISTRATION POLICY

​​

• No Cancellation Policy 

Once registered, delegates are not allowed to cancel their participation in the conference.
Exceptions may only be made under documented medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances approved by the Secretariat. No refunds (if applicable) will be provided under any circumstances once payment and allotment are confirmed.

​

• Irrevocable Allocation Policy 

All committee and country/portfolio allocations are final and non-negotiable.
Requests for portfolio changes will not be entertained post-allotment. Delegates are expected to conduct thorough research and represent their assigned portfolios diligently, regardless of preference.

• Zero-Tolerance Harassment Policy: Any form of harassment or discrimination will result in immediate expulsion from the conference.
